If a foreign traveler is been exposed to Indian environment and develops a single loose motion it means a traveler’s diarrhea. Antibiotics might shorten the diarrhea duration. Also, 200 ml of ORS liquid should be given. Also, when on ORS, foreigners should pass urine every few hours.
