There are two type of light: blue and red light. Blue lights are of day time light such as, TV, computer, cameras, etc. these lights improves mood and reaction time. Blue light affects sleep. If you need light while sleeping, then a zero watt light can be used as it will not affect the circadian rhythm and not affect you sleep.
