Is MDR TB a public health emergency?

In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks, talks about MDR TB as a public health emergency. He says that it is a medical emergency. The primary MDR nation-wide is 2% and in Mumbai and nearby areas, it is more than 10%. In such scenario, health care workers and doctors are at risk. Dr. Aggarwal will explain the primary MDR TB.
