Is it true that Zika cases has been seen and observed in India?

He says that many cases were proved to be existing in India last year. Hence, he urges all doctors in the country, if they find any low grade fever associated with macular popular rash, pain in small joints of the hand and non-purulent conjunctivitis, then they should suspect Zika virus and immediately inform the public health authority.
