What everybody should know about dental braces?

In this video, Dr. Mahesh Verma, Padma Shri Awardee, will discuss about dental braces. He will explain that there are two sets of teeth: milk or deciduous teeth or permanent teeth. He will further tell us the reason why dental braces are needed. The dentist or orthodontist will assess whether a particular individual needs braces. The reasons are because of gaps, spacing between the teeth or could be some misalignment of jaws and teeth. Dr. Mahesh will further explain what tests are done to get the dental braces put. According to the results and x-ray findings and the teeth conditions, the type of braces to be fixed is decided.
