When do you decide whether an asthmatic need admission?

In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, Padma Shri Awardee, Editor-in-chief IJCP Publications, will explain when an asthmatic need admission in this video. If the asthmatic patient speaks full statement while suffering from the asthma since 2 days, then it is a mild asthma attack and requires OPD management. He explains in such mild cases no hospitalization is required. He further will explain that if an asthmatic person is speaking with broken sentences then he requires immediate admission for stabilization. If an asthmatic person is speaking in broken words then this is an emergency which requires oxygen and hospitalization. Ask the patient to reach the emergency department of the nearest hospital.
