Whenever you eat out and not sure about the food hygiene then follow this principle of heat it, boil it, cook it, peel it or forget it. He further says that any food which is served hot will not have any infection, boil the liquid as it will be free from infection. Also, anything which is cooked freshly will be free from infection. And still you are not sure; eat frits which can be peeled such as orange or banana.
