What are the ways of Retinal Diseases treatment?
In this video, Dr. Manisha Agarwal, Vitreo-retina surgeon, Dr. Shroffs Charity Hospital, New Delhi, will talk about different ways of treating retinal disease. One way of treating is by giving intravitreal injection with various medicines, injected inside the eyes. These injections are given in the operation theatre just like a surgery but the procedure is very short requiring only 5 minutes. These injections are very safe but all the aseptic precautions need to be taken to avoid any infection.
