Stress is directly linked as a risk factor in heart disease and diabetes patients. Work stress is basically a high demand of work with little or no responsibility. Work stress leads to depression, increase in sugars, hypertension, atherosclerosis, etc. Whenever there is stress, act and don’t react to avoid further complications.
