How is cataract managed in children?

The difference between adult and children cataract surgery is that, in children a regular follow-ups are necessary. The eyeballs of children keeps growing and the glasses worn by the child may change every six months. She will also talk about the bifocal lens which is been put and why the multifocal lens is avoided.
