Are nuts effective in management of diabetes?

All nuts such as walnuts, pistachios, cashew nuts, almonds, etc. are good for heart as they have no cholesterol in it. A study has shown a report that 3 tsp of daily consumption of walnut can lower the chances of developing diabetes. He will also explain how it is benefited in patients with metabolic syndrome.
