How is the retina examined?
In this video, Dr. Manisha Agarwal, Vitreo-retina surgeon, Dr. Shroffs Charity Hospital, New Delhi, in this video will discuss about the examination of retina. Unless the pupils are dilated, retina cannot be checked. Eye medicines are to be put for 2-3 times for the pupils to dilate. So the patients should know that without dilatation of retina, retina cannot be seen properly and checked.
