It is very important to understand the thought process. Thoughts arises from nothing which is a space where thoughts comes as a wave and these thoughts are analysed in the mind by the intellect. Dr. Aggarwal further discusses that the thoughts are re-analysed by ego and personalised based on past or new experiences. After the thoughts are personalised, the brain sends signals for hands and legs to take action.
