Is spirituality same as religion?

Both are different but the goal is same. The goal of spirituality is to shift from disturbed state of mind to an undisturbed state of mind. Inner happiness is spirituality. To attain spirituality, there are multiple paths. One of the path is religion and it talks about meditation and focusing our concentration in the present and removing the negativity. He will give examples of different religions.
