Why is Shiva called neelkanth?

It can be suppressed which can lead to acidity, asthma, heart problems, depression, etc. Anger can be expressed or thrown out and can lead to aggressive behavior, suicide, homicide, destruction. According to Shiva, don’t throw anger in or out but hold it temporarily in the throat.
