During vedic period, it was said bath should be taken with water, milk, yogurt, ghee, honey and sugar. After having bath with lukewarm water, apply a series of natural compounds such as yogurt, milk, ghee, honey and sugar. He will explain the importance of each components. He will also explain the difference between modern bath with vedic bath.
