What is a metabolic syndrome?

She will explain what is metabolic syndrome The metabolic syndrome consists of obesity, dyslipidemia in which the triglycerides are equal to 150 mg/dl or more and the HDL is less than or equal to 40 mg/dl, presence of hypertension and impaired fasting blood glucose levels equal to or more than 100 mg/dl. Dr. Suman will highlight that any two of these mentioned factors along with obesity will contribute to metabolic syndrome.
