How to manage calcium phosphorus metabolism in CKD patients?

In CKD patient, there is an increase in phosphate, decrease in calcium and decrease in Vitamin D3. Treatment should be to bring the phosphate level to normal and then build up calcium levels.

Dr Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, graduate and post graduate from King George Medical College, Lucknow did his nephrology specialization from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 1987. Since then he is working in the same department.
