He says that if a person wants to live up to 80 years without any lifestyle disorders, then there are 80% chances to live till that age if the formula of 80 is followed everywhere. He further will explain that the LDL cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, abdominal circumference, the heart rate and the lower blood pressure should be less than 80. Walk 80 minutes a day, brisk walk 80 minutes per week and walk at least 80 steps in a minute. Also, parasympathetic slower and deeper breathing 80 cycles in a day. He will also further speak on blood donation and how much one should spend time on themselves. Also, he will talk about certain medications and food habits.
