When can a complaint be filed against the noise level?
In this video, Dr. M.P George, Scientist D, Delhi Pollution Control Committee, will talk on when to file a complaint against high noise pollution As per the regulations of noise control pollution 2000, if the noise pollution is exceeding the permissible limit or the background level whichever is high than 10 dB then a complaint can be filed.
