What is analyzer test?

In this video, Dr. Narendra Saini, MBBS, MD, Internal / General Medicine, will discuss ELISA test. He states that it is an important test known enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test. In this test, the specific enzyme gets linked to IgM or IgM antibodies through a substrate which detects chemicals. He further will explain that if any antibodies are present in the specimen, the enzyme gets activated while adding a substrate and positive results are detected. If it doesn’t gets activated then it gives negative results. Elisa is a very sensitive test and easy to perform with quick results for diagnosing a number of infections.
