What are the causes of male infertility?

Mostly smoking, alcohol consumption, obesity, varicocele, radiation and chemotherapy and also the pollution which is affecting the spermatogenesis. Children can have testicular injury which leads to testicular torsion eventually resulting in azoospermia and hypospermia.
