Also, the consent for anesthesia or any procedure we are offering to the couple such as hysteroscopy or laparoscopy. She further discusses that the consent should be taken for IVF regarding the person’s egg and ovum are to be fertilized, whether it is their own or donor or through surrogacy. All these have to be documented and duly signed by the respective couples.
