ABOUT THIS SESSION

Idiopathic interstitial pneumonias (IIPs) are a group of lung diseases characterized by inflammation and scarring of the lung tissue without a known cause. These conditions lead to progressive and often irreversible damage to the interstitium surrounding the lung's air sacs. IIPs encompass several subtypes with distinct clinical, radiologic, and histopathologic features. Join us in this session with Dr. Viny Kantroo and Dr. Prashant Prakash on May 30 at 7:00 p.m. to learn more about the topic, as early diagnosis and management are crucial to improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
