Q&A

It feels strong and motivating. Facing the ups and downs of weight management gives a real sense of personal achievement.

I wear many hats-directing, producing, and planning. I make sure projects move smoothly, tackle issues when they come up, and keep evolving with time.

It happened gradually. Over a few years of sitting and working long hours, I started putting on weight, mostly around my belly and legs. I only noticed it clearly when I took a careful look at myself.

My wedding was a big motivator. I wanted to feel confident and look my best, which pushed me to change my habits and lose weight quickly.

I focused on diet, exercise, and small daily changes. It took some trial and error, but I found a routine that worked for me and could be maintained long term.

Yes, they did. Some friends joined me in workouts and healthy eating plans. Sharing progress and encouraging each other made the journey easier.

I keep track of my BMI, get annual health check-ups, eat mindfully, exercise regularly, and stay conscious of habits that could make the weight creep back.

Not really. By the time I focused on losing weight, I had avoided much judgment. Some early medical advice about health risks also helped me take action.

Controlling food cravings was the hardest part, especially in a culture that loves food. Life events like marriage and becoming a father sometimes disrupted routines and caused temporary weight gain.

I love rajma chawal-its my go-to comfort food. Desserts are tempting, but Ive mostly avoided them over the past several years to keep sugar levels in check.
