Mental health conditions have substantial effect on individual life. For the large indian population to be involved in its own mental health, the only way forward is through enhancing mental health awareness. We explore the paradigm with experts as a means of combating stigma, enhancing prevention, ensuring early recognition and stimulating practical interventions within the community
