Has contributed towards setting up and running of Pediatric Gastroenterology unit at Lok Nayak Hospital attached to Maulana Azad Medical College and later at Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya Hospital. Another significant contribution is towards Polio Eradication Program while working as a Surveillance Medical officer in WHO from the year 2000 to 2002. He Has been conferred State award for Service Doctors 2005.
