Experts Weigh In on Lobia's Role in Thyroid Management and Weight Loss

He emphasizes that hormones and nutrients like iodine, selenium, and zinc primarily regulate the thyroid gland. While a balanced diet, including lobia can contribute to overall thyroid health, it alone cannot cure or control thyroid disorders.

Dr. Bajaj advises maintaining a well-rounded diet with various nutrient-rich foods, including legumes, for overall health, including thyroid health. If there are concerns about thyroid function, it is recommended to consult a medical professional for appropriate guidance and treatment.
