Is single men or women surrogacy allowed in India?
In this video, Dr. Kaberi Banerjee, Medical Director, Advanced Fertility & Gynecology Center, New Delhi, will discuss whether single men or women surrogacy is allowed in India. She confirms that single men or women surrogacy is allowed in India but only to them who has Indian citizenship. She further discusses that in surrogacy at least one parent must have their own gametes e.g. man’s sperm or woman’s egg, to have genetic relation with the child.
