Kriplani is the “Past President and trustee” of the Indian Associationof Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons. He has the credit of being first in India to perform laparoscopic adrenalectomy and laparoscopic splenectomy and performing first laparoscopic whipple’s pancreatico-dudodenectomy in North India.
